Beyond17º of alc. «Flor» is not able to develop.

Olorosos require longer periods of ageing to concentrate and show finesse and elegance.
Engoying: It is the perfect match to foie-gras, patés and and blue creamy cheeses (Stilton and Gorgonzola).
Tasting: Intense dark mahogany. Nougat, dates and raisins aromas, black chocolate and Brandy macerated prunes. Full bodied with an elegant slightly rich palate with a rare, long, very old Oloroso aftertaste. A perfect balance acheved by a long blend ageing process. This Sherry epythomizes the craftmanship of the art of blending.
