ALTA VISTA VIVE CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2017

Composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Origin: Mendoza
Yield: 12,000 kg/ha.
Vinification:
After a manual harvest, grains are carefully separated from the stalks by a crusher and carried to stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation is done with select yeast for 7 days, and regular pump overs take place at a temperature between 26ºC and 28ºC. Maceration is extended for 10 days.
Aging: 25% of the wine is aged in French oak for 6 months.
Food pairing: The perfect match for meat, pasta with intense sauces, and hard and semi-hard cheese types.
Wine Tasting Notes:
This Cabernet Sauvignon is intense in nose, with pepper and ripe red fruit aromas. Cherry flavors in mouth with a reminiscent of fresh vegetation. A young, easy to drink wine with an embracing taste. The perfect match for meat, pasta with intense sauces, and hard and semi-hard cheese types. To be served at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
