COLOUR
At release the wine is a very pale straw with a green edged hue.
NOSE
The wine is distinctly Adelaide Hills with tropical aromas of passionfruit and guava with a hint of freshly cut grass.
PALATE
This wine has a crisp and zippy palate with regional varietal flavours of tropical fruit up front and then gooseberry and some herbaceousness across the mid- palate. There is a naturally delicate, cleansing acidity to the wine with a soft, persistent finish.
